Shipping policy

~Timing: Subject to fluctuations.

If there are any delays due to shipping*, packing, or any other reason, you will be contacted with updates. *Information available to me will be communicated to you via email.

Orders are processed + packaged within 1 week of processing. 

Once sent out, orders will usually arrive within 3-5 working days.

International shipping is something I'm aiming for. Currently, for initial drops, shipping is UK exclusive. When this changes, emails will be sent personally to those outside of the UK, and social media will be updated.

Please know that shipping times may fluctuate. This is out of my control. Updates, informing customers of any known delays will be sent out asap.

 

UK shipping times roughly : 3-5 working days

'International' shipping (outside of UK: roughly 10-17 working days

Delays and losses caused by the postal service, is not in my control.

Shipping times for large items such as large paintings will most likely take longer, as they have to be shipped via a large shipping process. This will be disclosed on such items.

Not all items are available to be shipped to all locations, such as large/delicate items,

and not all countries are included in 'international' shipping at this time.

Tracked shipping is always recommended if option is given

Shipping for large items does not necessarily follow the guidelines of the average shipping times, and is priced differently due to the scale and nature of a large, one off art piece.

Tracked shipping is HIGHLY recommended for all items, and exchanges and returns are not accepted. Damage during shipping is not my responsibility.
