All rights belong to Metal Fairy Wings. You may not reproduce, sell, trace, copy or rent my work in any form, without my explicit permission. 

~After you order:

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder for this email.

Please contact me if you cannot find a confirmation email. I will check on my end, and see if your order has processed correctly.

 

~Timing:

Orders are processed + packaged within 1 week of purchase.*

*If, due to unforeseen circumstances (very very unlikely) this has to be delayed or paused. The website will be updated with a notice of this. Email subscribers will also be notified of this, so if you want emails about updates, feel free to subscribe. 

Once sent out, orders will usually arrive within 3-5 working days in the uk.

My courier estimates 10-17 working days for ‘standard international’ shipments, but this is very much an estimate, and does not include checks of items. These checks are out of my control. I will contact you with a tracking number if/when available, so you can keep an eye on your package.

Please know that shipping times may fluctuate. This is out of my control. Updates that inform customers of any known delays will be sent out asap.

Delays and losses caused by the postal service, cannot be controlled by me, but please contact metalfairywings@outlook.com if you are concerned that your package isn’t arriving, and I will contact the courier.

Refunds due to damage, loss or delay due to the postal service or anyone after shipment, is not in my control. Please report any of these issues to metalfairywings@outlook.com, and I will report it to the courier. 

Shipping times for large items such as large paintings will most likely take longer, as they have to be shipped via a large shipping process. This will fluctuate on each item, and details will be given to the buyer, about the shipments, when available. Contact metalfairywings@outlook.com with any questions.

Tracked shipping is always recommended.

~Upcoming drops & restocks?:

New pieces will be announced via social media, and subscriber emails.

Depending on demand, some items may be limited edition, and some may be brought back for a restock. This does not apply to one off, original items, such as paintings. 

~Need help with your order?:

If you have input the incorrect information, such as a misspelled address, please contact metalfairywings@outlook.com immediately, so I can amend the mistake, before your order is dispatched. I am not in control of an order after it is dispatched. Please check all of your information is correct, before checking out, to avoid this. Refunds will not be issued.

If you have ordered the wrong item, contact metalfairywings@outlook.com immediately, so I can correct your order. If I'm made aware of this mistake after your order has been dispatched, I cannot change anything. Refunds will not be issued.

If your order arrives, and it is incorrect, such as the wrong product, please contact metalfairywings@outlook.com immediately. Please check your order first, to see if you ordered the correct item(s).

Damage caused during shipping is out of my control, and no refunds will be issued, partial or otherwise. However, please make metalfairywingsaoutlook.com and your delivery service aware of the damage, so we can try and avoid this in future. 

Tracked shipping is always recommended. This also decreases the chances of your order being 'lost' during shipping.
